Healthy hemoglobin (the portion containing the iron of red blood cells) levels in the blood can not be maintained without Vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin and B-12. The hemoglobin is responsible to carry oxygen from lungs to each cell of the body; ultimately its deficiency causes hair and skin complications.
