In the first trimester you may get the problem like nausea, fatique, backaches, mood swings and stress. But these are normal so don’t worry about that. During this period you need a lot of rest, After all your body is working very hard to develop a whole new life. So you should sleep at least eight hours at night and a nap during the day when possible. You must start sleeping on your left side. Do not feel stressed during pregnancy. Nausea (Morning Sickness) is also a common problem during pregnancy. To prevent these you should eat frequent that means small meals rather than large meals a day. When you feel nauseated, just start eating starchy snacks like toast, saltines, cheerios or other dry cereals but avoid eating fatty, fried or spicy food. Drink carbonated drinks like ginger ale or seltzer water in between meals. Drink a plenty of water because Dehydration can be dangerous for you and your baby. High blood pressure also leads to complication during pregnancy.


If you are facing the problem of frequent urination and along with it pin, blood or burning in urine then you should consult to your doctor as soon as possible. It’s highly chance to gain weight during first trimester so do not worry about that. Eat nutritional food and juice regularly and also do exercise. There are many complications too but the main thing lie on you takes pregnancy help from your doctors and other member also. During the pregnancy the most important thing is care because it is highly important for your baby. Do not miss while care. Do not hesitate while asking to your doctor on any topic. Do not lie on drug more; try to be in natural way.
