How to maintain Beautiful Feet?


When we talk about skin beauty and different methods for its promotion, feet beauty can not be overlooked or ignored. Beautiful feet are the part of beautiful skin. One can not dream of a complete beauty having ragged feet and cracked heels. Feet that carry the whole weight of the body need special care and like other skin parts need to be moisturized regularly. Commonly feet remains a weak area mostly neglected but it may cause embarrassment to celebrities if not cared properly. Here are few simple and natural tips to maintain feet beauty:-

Massage the Feet

After all days hard work feet requires rest and care. Before going to sleep scrub your feet and massage for 5-10 minutes with essential oil if possible. After massage wash the excessive oil with warm water applying quality soap. You will feel fresh and smooth feeling.

Moisturizing

After bathing and before going to sleep always apply a good moisturizer on your feet regularly. Moisturizing will help reduce feet dryness and breaking heels.     

Wear Cotton Socks

After massaging your feet before going to sleep, wear cotton socks, this will help to make your feet skin flexible and prevent dryness of heels.

Barefoot Walking on Pebbles

Acupressure is proved helpful for healthy feet also. Walking on pebbles with barefoot is a good technique to get feet relaxation from acupressure.

Natural Scrub for Feet Cleaning

Prepare a paste of half cup of sugar, a pinch of poppy seed, 12 drops of lemon juice and a teaspoonful backing powder. Apply the paste on your feet twice in a week in order to remove dead skin cells and sebum of your feet.

Paraffin Wax

Apply paraffin wax to improve blood circulation, clear the clogged skin pores leading to beautiful feet.

Use of Talcum Powder 

Always use talcum powder on your feet before wearing closed shoes will ultimately help to keep your feet away from unpleasant perspiration odor with a sense of freshness.

Natural Recipe for Aching Feet

Aching of feet can be curbed; take a bucket of warm water and add few drops 15-25 of essential oil of tea tree, oil of cypress and jojoba oil. Take another bucket of cold water mixed with a cup of green tea. Now put your feet in the warm water bucket for 10 minutes, then shift your feet to cold water bucket. After 10 minutes you will find your feet as ache free with a sense of comfort.

Natural Recipe for Painful Corns

Take some warm water, mixed with sodium chloride (edible salt). Dip your feet for 10-15 minutes in the water and rub the corn area with your finger tips. Apply crushed piece of pineapple on corn area for 5-10 minute. It is helpful to remove corns.
