Ten Natural Beauty Tips


Beauty care has become a highlighted topic among the ladies all over the world. Improper eating habits, working hours, less physical exertion and over mental exertion are the common factors of unhealthy lifestyle. This lifestyle has not only disturbed mental health owing to stress and depression but also proving it dangerous for general health and skin beauty; consequently people tend to show at an early age, the signs of aging.
Everybody desires looking beautiful, which is not possible without healthy and beautiful skin. Instead of chasing the artificial beauty products, it is best to adopt healthy lifestyle to improve skin beauty naturally.
Basically, balanced diet, vitamin C and E are highly beneficial in averting wrinkles and expression lines. Food items rich in fatty acids like papaya and almonds help in attaining glowing and healthy skin. Proper physical exercise is necessary not only for good health but also for healthy skin. Although sun screen lotions are helpful to protect your skin but over use of makeup especially sleeping with makeup coated face is beauty destructive. I’ll try to share some natural and homemade beauty recipes based on chemical free ingredients:-
  1. To give a soft texture to a rough skin, apply orange juice.
  2. To remove wrinkles apply a mixture of cabbage juice and pure honey.
  3. To remove black spots and wound/pimple scars, apply paste of sandal wood and honey.
  4. Apply mixture of tomato juice and lemon juice to give a radiant look to the face.
  5. Acne can be eliminated by applying fresh garlic juice on it and wait for 20 minutes to wash it off.
  6. Prepare a paste of oatmeal honey and egg white by rinsing with warm water and apply on black heads. Wait for 20 minutes to wash it off with fresh water.
  7. Apply wheat flour blend with water to cure oily skin and wash it off with cold water after 25 minutes. 
  8. Apply a paste of ripe banana and one teaspoonful of pure honey on face. It is effective for skin moisturizing and tightening. Wait for 20 minute to wash it off.
  9. Rinse reetha, tulsi and hibicus leaves in water overnight and rinse hair with the liquid to eliminate dandruff and promote long hairs.
  10. Drink at least 8 large glasses of water to keep skin hydrated and prevent dryness.
