First of all I would like to give you a little bit of advice before I start telling you the process of doing home manicure in a very easy and fast way. In today\'s world we the women\'s have become very busy in both of our life inside and outside. And in the same time we love to hear complements for our beauty from our beloved. I believe well groomed feet contribute greatly to our overall beauty and personality and are the best indicator to how well we look after ourselves. 'Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder' but still we need to do some maintenance of our body as the way we can. Some have time to go parlor some don\'t even have time to take their breakfast. So my advice is for those who want to stay fit and healthy but don\'t have time.
Things We Need To Do Pedicure:
Nail Polish Remover
. Cotton Balls
. Nail Filer
. Body Wash
. Bowl
. Warm water (As much you can bear)
. Cuticle Oil
. Nail Clipper
. Foot Scrubber
. Cuticle Stick
. Base Coat & Top Coat
. Good Moisturizer
Let start our process of making our feet beautiful and healthy:
The first thing we will have to do is to take one piece cotton ball and add remover to it and remove the nail polish from our fingers completely, so that there should not be any trace of any polish remains.
After doing this our next step is to take one bowl full with warm water (As much you can bear) and add to it body wash and soak your feet for 5-8 minutes. And after soaking your feet pat dry it properly before proceeding into next step.
Once you towel your feet, rub in some cuticle cream on the base of each toe nail and leave it on for a few minutes. In the meantime, use a good foot file or pumice stone to remove the dry and rough and dead skin cells. If this skin is not removed it will become hard and thick and will be infected or cracked. Be sure to scrub the heel and balls of the feet, sides of your heels and around your toes, basically anywhere there is rough, hard skin. Do not scrape too hard. Be firm but gentle.
If you do not have too much dry, rough skin just use a loofa for some gentle scrubbing. Next, wipe off the cuticle cream and push back cuticles gently with a cuticle pusher. Use an old toothbrush to scrub your toes and underneath the nails. Wipe your feet dry.
Use a good foot scrub and gently massage your feet. Scrub your soles, paying special attention to your heels, in between your toes and the tops and sides of your feet. Scrub your ankles as well.
After doing this above functions it\'s time to give our nails a good shape with a nail clipper and nail-filer like oval or square, this two designs are very much in fashions. It\'s looking great no I am sure after completing our full course our feet will look awesome.
Our next step after trimming our nails is to moisturize our feet which Softens, hydrates and protects from cracking.
Now last but not the least is to give color to your nails of your choice. Again my little advice regarding applying nail polish is DO NOT forget to use base coat before you apply nail polish and top coat after applying nail polish. The processes are very simple. You will get very easily any branded base coat and top coat in market. First of all you will have to apply the base coat in each every nails and dry it out completely before applying nail polish and again after drying nail polish apply for top coat in each and every nails. So that\'s it.
